Arbitration and Administrative Hearings

We are a law firm that specializes in representing management and employers in employment-related disputes. We are experienced in representing employers in arbitration proceedings, particularly those involving disciplinary appeals and the interpretation of labor contracts (collective bargaining agreements). We have a deep understanding of the arbitration process and the strategies that are most effective in achieving favorable outcomes for our clients.

In addition to representing the employer in the arbitration proceeding itself, we offer a comprehensive range of services to assist employers throughout the grievance and arbitration process. This includes providing advice on how the arbitration outcome could potentially impact the employer; assisting employers in understanding and managing the costs associated with arbitration, while also considering other dispute resolution options; and guiding employers in evaluating arbitration panels, with the aim of identifying the most suitable arbitrator for their specific dispute.

We have achieved positive results for clients in arbitration proceedings before the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service (FMCS), as well as administrative proceedings before entities such as the Florida Public Employees Relations Commission (PERC), Florida Division of Administrative Hearings (DOAH), Florida Commission on Human Relations (FCHR), unemployment compensation, and the EEOC.

Through tenacious advocacy, we are committed to providing our clients with the highest quality legal representation. We are dedicated to helping employers successfully resolve employment-related disputes and protect their interests, while complying with all applicable laws.
