Our investigator is a former prosecutor and police legal advisor who has almost 20 years of experience in evidence evaluation, fact analysis, witness interviewing, character assessment, and discerning the truth.
We conduct exhaustive and unbiased investigations on a wide variety of workplace matters such as harassment, discrimination, fraud, misconduct, bullying, theft, and compliance. Arbitration and Administrative Hearings
We are a law firm that specializes in representing management and employers in employment-related disputes. We are experienced in representing employers in arbitration proceedings, particularly those involving disciplinary appeals and the interpretation of labor contracts (collective bargaining agreements).
